I enjoyed a birthday weekend at the Fairmont, which had beautiful holiday decorations. The lobby felt welcoming and vibrant. The staff provided excellent service, especially at the Oak Bar. Danielle Castle personally ensured our room was reserved perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. However, noise from nearby events disrupted our sleep late into the night. Additionally, finding a table for breakfast was a challenge during peak hours with wedding guests crowding the space. This hotel had a mix of charm and chaos during busy times.

Just an ideal choice for a short stay in Boston with great value-to-price ratio. The food in the gold lounge was delicious and added a nice touch to our experience. Tip, take advantage of the rooftop gym for a unique workout experience.

Clean room, comfy bed, but morning cleaning too early. Nice bar lounge.

We had an amazing stay! The Gold Lounge was a real highlight with delicious breakfast options, and the stunning lobby made a great first impression. The attention to detail in the room was superb!

missingWrote a review on 05 Octmeager amenities
Amenities fall short for a hotel of this caliber. Basic items like bedroom slippers or cotton buds are noticeably absent—just feels stingy. The city view from my room was pretty bleak, overlooking air conditioning units and catching the sounds of their noise. Check-in at the Gold Lounge was chaotic, took way too long, and honestly, it left a sour taste that hung around for my six-night stay. Also, rather annoying to tack on an unexpected nightly 'resort fee' on top of the pre-paid arrangements.

The amenities were fantastic, especially the spa that really helped me unwind and the cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a book. I loved the rooftop bar too, it offered stunning views to enjoy during sunset. Just a heads up, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected but it was worth it once I settled into my comfy room. 😊

I had a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a great room. The breakfast options were impressive, but I found the communication regarding meal inclusions a bit confusing. Noise from a nearby event impacted my sleep a little, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. I recommend this place for families and groups.

Had an amazing time with my friends during our stay. We loved visiting Myrtle the turtle and the playful harbor seals. Also enjoyed a fun trip to the Copley Square Farmers Market to gather ingredients for dinner. Great room, friendly staff, and the vibe was just perfect for us. Highly recommend the breakfast!
One minor downside was the noise from the wedding party that lingered too late, which affected our sleep during the stay.
